Well, maybe not all of you heard that flickr has put up some restrictions for some countries (e.g. Germany) when people from those countries are viewing pics on flickr.
Flickr arguments with youth protection laws in Germany, why they implemented really strange filters. This has the effect, that Aigars fotos from Debconf7 are considered harmful for non-registered Germans (or even registered ones) and just a “this photo is currently unavailable” replacement is shown by flickr.
Censoring the web is not a good thing. So please avoid flickr, maybe remove your content and delete your account to make a point against censorship made by Yahoo.
